It is the highest governing body of the institution, formed by the Secretary of State Education, who would serve as president, the Secretary of Planning and Finance, the Secretary of the Comptroller and the Secretary of Sustainable Development, two representatives of the Federal Government appointed by Secretary of Public Education, two representatives of the productive sector and two representatives of the social sector by express invitation of the Secretary of Education. They met for the first time in April 2008 and established the guidelines for the pre-operative work that would allow the university to open:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>The definition of the educational offer (in conjunction with the aviation industry).<\/li><li>The preparation of curricula and syllabi, which would be taught in Mexico for the first time, they were mostly focused on the manufacture of aircraft.<\/li><li>The incorporation of the Institution to the corresponding agencies.<\/li><li>The construction and qualification of the facilities.<\/li><li>The acquisition of furniture and specialized equipment.<\/li><li>The conformation of the initial organizational structure.<\/li><li>The recruitment of students.<\/li><\/ul><figure id=\"attachment_10273\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10273\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-10273 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.unaq.edu.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nuestra_Historia_2008_1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.unaq.edu.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nuestra_Historia_2008_1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.unaq.edu.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nuestra_Historia_2008_1-16x12.jpg 16w, https:\/\/www.unaq.edu.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nuestra_Historia_2008_1.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-10273\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Composite Materials Laboratory<\/figcaption><\/figure><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That same year, the university, through training programs for work, added the specialty in Composite Materials, thanks to the official arrival of this important last generation technology project, announced at the Presidency of Mexico in May 2008 by the President of Bombardier Aerospace.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The commitment that this project brought to the institution had an impact on Queretaro\u2019s community and added itself to other important challenges that consolidate the aeronautical cluster; thanks to this commitment, Mexico ventured for the first time in state-of-the-art specializations and became the only country in the world to manufacture the structure of Lear Jet aircraft. To fulfill this commitment, UNAQ had to implement, among other things:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>The first educational training center for this technology in Mexico.<\/li><li>Teaching staff training to be certified as instructors in composite materials.<\/li><li>Designing of the training program for this specialization.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Some of the benefits generated by this project were:<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Foreign investment attraction.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">New jobs promotion development.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Queretaro's Aeronautical Cluster consolidation.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Positioning Mexico in an international level.<\/li><\/ul><p>During these two years of the program operation, 189 people were trained.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nuestra Historia &#8211; 2008 De acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el decreto de creaci\u00f3n, se integra formalmente el H.
